Is it confused to beam nonprofessional items same magazines, sport balls, funny books, soduko teaser books & useable cameras? Do they requirement applicatory clog more than nonprofessional stuff?
Do they requirement sunscreen?
I hit packages with accelerator bars, ramen noodles, bunches of thin jims & cows jerky, expiration drops, connatural & dulcify liberated hornlike candy, lip balm primed to go; but poverty to beam digit more package.
Is it rattling a beatific intent to beam chocolate? Won’t it melt?!?
OK, I intend it, the man soldiers poverty magazines with pretty scantily clad women. But, since they are in a muslim country, module these types of magazines drive social problems? If not, I surmisal I intend to beam partner to the accumulation to acquire Maxim, For Him, etc a employ I am trusty he module meet dislike :).

how about a gun? they’re so unprepared they might not have one
—john s— you’re an idiot
Go to
You can send a care package, write thank you letters, donate items, etc.
As far as specific items… Maxim, Stuff, and FHMs were always nice to get. You know, for the articles and what not.
My favorite stuff to get when I was in Iraq was canned food. I was in a small fob that we only got two cooked meals a day and they usually tasted… well not so good. Chile etc. I loved it all. I also got a big box of charelston chews one time that I thought was a little weird but it was actually really awesome.
You got all the right stuff plus add some scantaly clad pics.
sorry just had to add that LOL But ya hard candy is awesome, send reading material and ya tennis balls soccer balls frisbees etc. I needed sun screen and did not wear it LOL but i had a full beard to so it helped me look even more like I belonged there LOL. Also send Kool aid powder (the kind with the sugar in it) gatoraide pwder etc. You have some great ideas all ready. ….. Shadow Stalker
Include lots of flea collars especially the kind that repel both fleas and ticks, because they can be used at the top of the boot . The middle east not only has fleas and ticks but a disease that’s carried and it will make your troops very sick! The brits discovered it decades ago but no cure yet!
When my son was in Iraq I sent all kinds of things. lip balm, sunscreen, baby wipes, calling cards, hard candies, playing cards, Frisbees, greeting cards (so they can send short notes home, when they don’t have time to write long letters), extra toothbrushes, chewing gum, basically anything that will make them more comfortable. And no it is not silly to send recreational items. You know what their likes and dislikes are so they will appreciate whatever you send.
(note: don’t send postage stamps as they can mail letters free)
Sounds like you have a real good care package there. Yes magazines and recreational items are always a good thing to send, along with snacks and sweets. Practical stuff is nice too but its always the recreational stuff that is most looked forward to with current issues of magazines being near the top of the list. (they can get their hands on most of the practical stuff there…it is the recreational stuff that is hard to come by)
What they need depends on where they are located. The needs vary greatly. Some guys have told me the store (px?) sells out real quick and they need practical items and others want fun stuff. I’m sure they would love to receive anything…but especially letters.
Some do not have access to microwaves or stoves. So just check with the guy/gal you’re sending your stuff to.
Do not send anything with pork…so check the Slim Jims
Games, mazagines, books, DVD’s are all awesome!
On the customs form at the bottom is a section you can complete in case the box can’t be delivered for whatever reason (he moved, he’s home). Instead of putting “Return to Sender” or “Abandon” put “Chaplain” that way it will be used.
John s is a moron. I had everything I needed.
I liked books, batteries, and food that didn’t melt.
Tuna is a popular item that some have asked for. Even packages of baby wipes are a luxury. My son even asked for moleskin for his blistered feet. I am sure that they would appreciate any recreational things. Many even ask for DVD’s. Those powdered drink mixes that they can grab and go and put in their canteens are a nice treat to quench thirst or give them a boost. Chocolate is always good. Perhaps with warmer weather send M&M’s! Hope this helps.
